Heart Healing

We lead youth through structured and Spirit-led self-reflection that helps them:

• Identify and understand their emotions
• Recognize patterns of hurt or harmful thoughts
• Learn how to respond rather than react
• Acknowledge where healing is needed—and invite God into that space

Through journaling, creative prompts, open conversation, and mascot-led activities, youth are encouraged to slow down, look inward, and let God meet them there.

Our approach is not just clinical therapy—but it is deeply therapeutic and rooted in the timeless truths of Scripture. We guide youth in:

• Replacing lies with God’s promises
• Praying through pain and confusion
• Understanding their God-given identity
• Walking in freedom, forgiveness, and faith

They learn to ask, “What does God say about this?” in the middle of emotional storms.
